While we are at the game, we noticed that the Red Sox offer tours of Fenway Park. And, we figured that there would be no better way to learn more about an amazing place.
We were given a lot of information about the park including that Fenway has trademarked the color green on the monster, history of the ballpark and how the Red Sox almost didn't make it in Boston and that despite the rumors of a new ballpark for Boston -- Fenway isn't going anywhere.
One of the best parts was touring the press box. They explained that once Daisuke Matsuzaka was signed, the size of the press box needed to be doubled due to all of the international press covering the game.
What a great way to end a wonderful trip as a couple. Our next trip will require double the number of bags and include our twins. We can't wait to show Baby A and Baby (Double the Fun) how amazing the city of Boston is. They should know that their mom would move there whenever she finally convinces their dad to take another Bar exam.
