Jackson had previously tackled the carpeted steps from our kitchen to the basement and I have talked to him a lot about trying to do the steps from the bedrooms to the main floor. He would dangle one foot down or get to the landing and regroup and either step up or crawl back to the hallway as if it was a no go. A couple days prior to this, Jackson had crawled upstairs following Michael as he got changed while I was getting the wagon ready for our evening walk.
