Everton's last game

We had reached the last game for Everton and it happened to be Halloween.  The boys were also lucky enough to have some fans in the crowd too.

The boys had a great season becoming more and more willing to engage in the game.

Connor emerged as an offensive weapon for Everton.  He was relentless and not afraid to get his elbows up and move people to get to the ball.  We have never seen him be that aggressive about anything.  It was awesome to watch.  He scored a lot of goals for the team and could have scored the go ahead goal if the opposing coach didn't move the goal on him.  For some reason, a coach on the opposing team moved the goal as Connor was getting close.  He looked down to confirm that he had the ball and when he went to kick it, it should have been on target had the goal not been moved. Never to shy away from expressing his opinions, he had some commentary on the goal being moved.

Typically, Jackson is not able to handle any type of confrontation whether it be in person or when watching television.  He definitely stepped out of his comfort zone and when he was on, there was no goal getting past him.  The league didn't want kids sitting in the goal so Jackson would position himself in front of the goal and stop EVERY single ball that rolled towards the goal when he was on.  There were a couple of games that he really wasn't into it (tired and excited about going to Hershey) and the other team was able to score.  But, when he was on, no goals got passed him.  We are very excited to see him  put it all together next year as he actually scored a couple of goal too

Their final line up for Everton to shake hands.

Everton struggled to get kids to show up.  The boys and Benny and Sam were always at soccer but there was possibly one or two others, which didn't lead to very many breaks. Regardless, Everton showed the league that they were definitely to be reckon with.
