Celebrating Cayden's 5th Birthday

On our way over to bowling for Cayden, there was some serious precipitation that was a mix of snow and ice.  We thought about changing our mind but decided it would be better to celebrate Cayden. 

There were outnumbered again but handled it very well.  Since they like to bowl, they got their shoes on and hit the lanes.

After a bit, MJ and Gabby arrived and stole everybody's attention, including Jackson and Connor.  It was both of their's 1st time bowling and they didn't disappoint. MJ's technique of walking up and slamming was a vision and Gabby just worked it.

Once the girls arrived, the boys started working together on Lane 4.  Jackson often gets bored with things and it was pretty much over for him once he arrived and saw the snack shack with packaged candy.  However, he was incredibly devastated when he was informed that they were completely out of french fries. The nerve!!

 

Connor was really into it.  He was the only one bowling for awhile. Guess we have to take him more often.  There were a lot of pins going down too!

We moved into the party room to eat pizza, hot dogs and sing Happy Birthday to Cayden.  Happy Birthday to you!! We were so happy to get a chance to celebrate with you!!
