It's official -- Jackson can use the phone. The recipient of his first call was Brad, a Comcast Customer Service Representative. Brad introduced himself and offered his assistance. In response, Jackson gave him the silent treatment. Brad disconnected after he questioned whether or not he had addressed his concerns. It was classic. I will acknowledge that we had a missed call from Comcast.
Regardless, Jackson was able to put the phone on speaker and re-dial Comcast. Hopefully, Brad will get a laugh out of it because Michael and I sure did. And, whomever said that Comcast had poor customer service --our almost 1 year old was able to get someone on the phone in less than a minute.
