Disney On Ice's "Let's Celebrate"

Despite the concern for being up late for Halloween, we opted to get tickets for Disney on Ice for the Friday night showing.  We had a family wedding on Saturday and didn't want to rush in the morning and were concerned we might be too tired on Sunday. So, Friday night it was.

Unfortunately, Michael wasn't able to join us but, our Monkey backpack arrived just in time for our busy and active Jackson to keep him safe and sound.  He gets too excited and can't control his movement to accommodate a much slower moving Connor.

We made it in with time to spare and my bigger boys were good at sitting in their seats. 

The show started and all of the characters came out to introduce themselves and the parties we were going to see.  Peter Pan showed off with a split head stand.

The first party we were invited to attend was a tea party with Alice and Friends.   Mickey was missing a party hat and tried to take the Mad Hatter's.  There was a lot of hat taking and giving back.  It was so fun to watch the friends play around.

Mickey turned into the Fantasia Sorceror and the brooms entertained us.

Up next was a Halloween Party with the villains, including the boys' favorite, Captain Hook, and the evil queen from Snow White.  It was took dark to capture anything with my phone and my camera battery had died after the tea party.   But, the boys were incredibly excited to see the Captain, especially Connor.

There was a princess celebration where the boys were definitely not as excited as the girls but they did spot Cinderella and their favorite princess, Snow White.

After a brief intermission where I was able to charge my camera's battery, we returned to find that the Disney friends had found their way to Hawaii and were having a luau with Lilo and Stitch.

Goofy was everywhere trying to surf.

Minnie and Mickey got separated and she ended up in China.

Shortly after Minnie departed to an undisclosed location, Mickey arrived to find a dragon puppet and Mulan.

Minnie surfaced in New Orleans for a Mardi Gras with Tiana and Prince Naveen.

The pair were reunited for a fun party and good music.

After the party ended in New Orleans, Mickey and Minnie prepared for Christmas with the Pixar Pals from Toy Story.

One last wardrobe change for Mickey and Minnie before ending the show in a sleigh with ALL of their friends.
