Moose a Muffin and other "If you give a" series loving

Several years ago, Kohls for Kids had several of the Nemeroff books from the "if you give a" series and I purchased the Moose a Muffin because of our Moose from Bar Harbor. I picked out the book a couple months ago to read during pre-nap books and the boys were instantly hooked asking for it to be read to them and identifying it as Moose a Muffin. Initially, I wasn't certain what they were asking for because they said the words so fast but I caught on and we have since added Pig a Pancake and Mouse a Cookie. They now will pick which one they want and it is so nice to hear that at the end of each book, they finish the line if you give a * a *, he'll want a * to go with it (said in an exaggerated tone). Connor can even recite the list of items that the pig needs to make the treehouse and hearing both of them say "syrup" puts a HUGE smile on our face. So, thank you Laura Nemeroff.
