After checking out the golfers and goings on in the early morning at the Peninsula, the boys siezed on the Ipad for some puzzle work.
After breakfast, we headed out to the wave pool for some fun. It was a nice sunny and warm day. The boys met a new friend, Veaux, and his sister, Lilly. Veaux helped out bringing water back to make pools in the sand.
After some fun with pools in the sand, Jackson opted for sand angels.
And back to the pools. Instead of requiring our assistance for the water retrieval like last year, the boys were running back and forth with buckets of water.
After lunch, the boys and Michael headed in for a nap. They didn't want to use the pack n play and opted to sleep together. It worked the prior night so we decided to give it a go. And, knowing how much sun that they got, naps were inevitable. Connor has been using a pillow to hide himself from the animals, as he explains. He adds that it is the animals on the music. The boys still listen to a Baby Einstein cd and he is relating the songs to different videos he has seen and the animals that appear in that portion of the video.
After a good nap, we opted to go back to the wave pool for some more fun.
Connor was quickly back in to the pool for animal retrieval.
And, Jackson was back over to the playground area.
All of that running around in the sand leads to a good night's sleep.
