The boys have always been fond of peas, which was sometimes hard for me because I do not like the way they taste and much less their smell. So, every now and then, I would steam some and puree them for them since they were still coming out whole. Since it had been some time and the puree is more disgusting (to me) to deal with, I wanted to try again. And, sure enough, Jackson and Connor were VERY happy to see the green balls of goodness. Connor even started saying "Peas, please." Now, how can I resist giving them to him when he has such a limited vocabulary as it is....
